We just found out what one of Duchess’s easy-go-to recipes are. Meghan Markle’s “Filthy, Sexy Mush” pasta recipe only contains three ingredients and everyone is loving it.
According to an interview with Delish she said, “The sauce gets so creamy, you’d swear there’s tons of butter and oil in it, but it’s just zucchini, water and a little bouillon.”
Apparently, it wasn’t a Duchess-original, a friend had convinced her to slow cook her zucchini for four to five hours. This would create the “filthy, sexy mush” pasta-sauce.
Recently, YouTuber, Emmymadeinjapan took on the challenge of recreating Meghan Markle’s pasta recipe for her series of “$2 Meals.” Needless to say, this would be especially ideal since the dish only has three base ingredients.
Emmymade tells her subscribers, “This is a super budget-friendly meal. It’s healthy. It’s vegetarian.” What more could we want? Healthy carbs.
Okay, Duchess, you win. This meal is definitely fit for a royal.
Want to know what the royal does to stay healthy even on carbs? Here’s how to eat pasta and stay fit according to the Duchess of Sussex.
