Contrary to earlier reports, Meghan and Harry’s home renovation did not include a floating mother and baby yoga room. The only floating floor in the cottage was suggested by the planners as a necessity to protect old flooring in the kitchen. This is to protect the history of the property rather than be set up for vanity, comfort, or simply being a royal luxury. Close enough?

Of the many crazy rumors out there about Meghan (and you KNOW there are a bunch of them), the yoga room seemed the most likely. It’s known that Meghan loved Yoga and her mom, Doria Ragland, does it as well. Meghan even said as much.

“Yoga is my thing. My mom is a yoga instructor and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven,” she told Best Health. “I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, ‘Flower [Meghan Markle’s nickname], you will find your practice — just give it time.’ In college, I started doing it more regularly.”
